1. Can you send me samples of the fabrics before I place an order?
   Yes, our customers can ask for free samples of the fabrics. This is an exclusive service only from jeff.
   
   You can add your favorite fabrics in the shopping cart when you shop and pick out the ones you like upon checkout. If you have a hard time deciding, you can select 6 types of fabrics from the cart and ask us to send you free samples. This service might help you make a final decision after experiencing the quality of the fabrics yourself.
2. How often do you get new arrivals?
   We will keep on getting new fabrics and patterns to provide our customers with a wide variety of selections.
3. Where are the fabrics from?
   Our selected fabrics are made out from the fine cotton which is imported from France, Italy, and Switzerland. We have 100% confidence in the quality of our fabrics.
4. Where are the shirts made?
   Our shirts are made by a group of experienced master tailors in China. In accordance with the authentic Shanghai-style tailoring for forty-five years, Dave Shirt was named one of the best tailors around the world by Forbes in 2007. Our goal is to offer the highest quality of custom-tailored shirts in a reasonable price for gentlemen who are passionate to build an unique fashion style with personal touch.
5. Do your shirts shrink in the wash?
   General shirts shrink about 2-3% in the wash. Under this Consideration, we reserve extra 2-3% space while tailoring your shirts. So you will not feel uncomfortable to wear the washed shirts.
6. How do I maintain the shirts? Should I wash myself or send them to dry cleaners?
   We suggest that you send the shirts to the dry cleaners. Please check Style Guide> Shirt Aesthetics> How to maintain your custom shirt for proper maintenance.
7. Can I send damaged shirts back for repair?
   If the damage is caused by our negligence in the tailoring process, we will repair it for free. If the damage is caused by inappropriate cleaning or ironing, we will inform you if the shirt is repairable and the possible repairing charge, after we examine the shirt carefully.

8. How do I use the Gift Set sent by Dave Shirt?
   When you receive a Gift Set from Dave Shirt, you can get an exquisite custom shirt for free.
   
   Please sign in or register on our website first. Choose the fabrics and styles you like, enter your measurements and the Gift Card numbers when you check out. After doing that, you can pick one among 18 selected fabrics to make your own shirt.
9. How to use a Gift Card?
   A Gift Card is a stored-value card. Enter your Gift Card numbers to make an online payment when you check out. The amount of money will be deducted automatically from the card.
10. Is there an expiration date for Gift Card? Can I ask for a cash refund for the remaining value of the card?
    Our Gift Cards do not expire. Cash refund for the stored value is not acceptable. Discrepancy should be paid for the insufficient balance of the card.

1. How do I know if the measurements I take are correct?
   We offer “Buy 4 Get 1 Free” to our customers who buy the custom shirts for the first time. When you buy shirts of four or above, we will offer you a free sample shirt that will be tailored according to the measurements you provide us. After you try on this sample shirt and make sure it fits you well, we then start to tailor other four shirts for you. So you don’t need to worry about the size problem.
2. Is there any easier way to take measurements besides the body measurements?
   We offer various options for taking measurements. Taking semi-custom measurements is the easiest way to choose. All we need to know is your neck size. If you want to get more precise measurements, either measure your current shirt or ask someone to follow our instructions and take measurements for you. For those who buy our custom shirts for the first time, we suggest to go for the “Buy 4 Get 1 Free” special offer.
3. Do I need to retake my measurements every time?
   We will record your measurements in your personal information. You can sign in your account to view all the details and previous orders as well. You may also make changes to the existing record of the measurements.
